Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 972-462-0022 July 16, 1999 United Properties Southwest 5310 Harvest Hill, Suite 288 LB 108 Dallas, TX 75230 RE: North!ske 635 Business Park, Lot 2, Block D~ 0VIcCollister's Moving & Storage, Inc.), Site Plan Amendment Dear Madam/Sir: This letter is to inform you that the Northlake 635 Business Park, Lot 2, Block D, (McCollister's Moving & Storage, Inc.), Site Plan Amendment, to allow the construction of a 26,000 square foot warehouse addition and the development of 40 parking spaces and 21 track spaces on property located at 1303 Crestside Drive, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, July 15, 1999, subject to the following conditions: 1) Submittal and approval of a color board showing all exterior building materials. 2) 3) Minimize the accent band around the entire building to a maximum width of 3 feet, or 10 percent of the building.. Along Crestside Drive, the addition of a Burford Holly hedge or like material to soften the look of the exposed aggregate tilt screening wall, as approved by staff. 4) There will be no truck parking, except behind the screening wall in the designated truck parking areas. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, August 10, 1999, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staffto include in its agenda packets only those items, which accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. The submittal deadline for revised drawings is 12 noon, Tuesday, July 27a. Therefore, please submit 17 folded copies of the revised drawings, plus three (3) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reductions on or before that date. The drawings which require change in order to comply with the Planning and Zoning recommendations are: Site Plan, Building Elevations and Landscape Plan.
