O/ L) Dear Gary: 0~. ~~. ~..)~F~ i~ ~,~)~A, - ~~ In your meeting on January 19, 2000 with Ray Garrison and Tbm Cook it was brought to our attention that the site plan that was approved by City Council called for an 8'-0" high exposed aggregate fence along the north and west sides of the property. Upon checking our records we discovered that the fence notation was a drafting error. The site plan which the Planning Commission approved, with the~he note regarding no parking on the street, stated that the fence was to~-0" high cbn~c.c~te fence. Attached are partial copies of the two site plans showing the differences circled in red. We humbly request that we be allowed to follow the site plan approved by the Planning Commission, based on the fact that there were no comments by the Planning Commission or the City Council regarding changing the height or type of fence. This was an honest mistake, which we recognize was our fault, but the City nor the client requested this change and it is not required by the zoning ordinance.
