Dear Gary:
Tim Adams with ICl Construction sent me a copy of your letter to him of April 7, 2000,
wherein you referred to the sample of pre-fab concrete fence as an "Eddy Mann" stackable
concrete fence.
The "Eddy Mann" system as we understand is concrete poured in place and painted. The
Superior Concrete system is pre-cast concrete with the color integral within the panel. No
part of the system is painted. The "H" post are pre-cast concrete set in concrete piers, at
5 feet on center and the pre-cast panels span the 5 feet. There is nothing about the system
to peel or deteriorate.
In that we understood we had approval of this product and the material is on site, we are
asking you and Greg Jones to reconsider your position by taking an in depth look at the
system and it's durability.
