Thank you for your letter of May 12 outlining your concerns regarding the McCollister project.
While them is no doubt communication is important in any process, there are variables within the
approval process the City staff has no ability to approve without Council consent or the consent
of an additional Planning and Zoning process.
I would be more than happy to meet with you next Tuesday, May 23 at a time that is mutually
acceptable. Please contact my office on Monday at your convenience. I will try to keep my
schedule as free as possible on Tuesday.
There are many items that we probably need to discuss, and rather than detail them in my letter
to you, I would appreciate the opportunity to visit on a face-to-face basis.
