Dear Mr. Ragland:
Herewith are nine (9) complete sets of the above captioned project. In response
to your discussion with the owner Mr. Steve Parsons, we have revised the prelimi-
nary plats and the zoning requests deleting the small lot in Phase 4 and adding
that lot to Phase 5. The lot widths on Phase 4 have been increased to provide
a minimum of 100'. These changes should permit Phases 3 and'4 to be processed
for preliminary plat approval without re-zoning or requesting any waivers. It
is our understanding that these plans will be presented to the Planning & Zoning
Commission June 16, and to the City Council June 28. We will be submitting the
final plats for all three phases within the next few days, and it is our under-
standing that these will be approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission July 2l
