Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214 - 462 - 0022 Staff Report August 18, 1983 Re: Case #83-08-08/ Northlake Woodlands East Phases #3 and #4 Location' East side of Moore Road and south of Villawood Lane Request: Final Plat approval of 50 lots zoned "SF-12" (Single-Family 12,000 s.f.) Applicant: Troth Enterprises, Inc. represented by Steve Parsons A review of this proposed final plat indicates that it complies with re- quirements of the Subdivision regulations, with the exception of water and sewer pro-rata, street sign and street lighting fees, which will not present a problem, because they can be received before Council approval. Additionally, I have discussed the 10' of right-of-way dedication in Phase #3 along Moore Road with the applicant and he is in agreement with the request.
