The City Council of the City o~' C,qppell will hold a public
hearing at ~ o'clock P.M. on the~_..~22n~d day of , N0ve'mb_er, ' , 1983, at the
Coppell Higli School Administration Building, on appli[afl'on of Troth Enterprises, Inc.
for a zoning change on property presently zoned "SF-12" Single Family Residential
District Classification.
The applicant seeks to have the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Zoning
Map of the City amended to give the following described property a new zoning district
classification, to wit: "PD" Planned Development District Clas~fication with zoning to
be governed by the regulations of the $F-9 Single Family Residential District except
where modified by the Development Plan as to average lot width and front building
Une. Said property being described as follows:
