GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to develop 162
custom single family homes on a 65.5 acre tract. The property was
recently rezoned to PD(SF-9) Single Family Residential.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval of this Final Plat is
subject to the attached comments from the City Engineer.
