Dear Mr. Powell,
Herewith is an easement to the City of Coppell to cover the
proposed alley at the rear of Lots 1 & 2, Block 7 of Northlake
Woodlands East No. 10, which we are requesting to be constructed at
this time to facilitate the Fron Tennis Complex. We are also
submitting a plan showing the limits of construction at this time.
We would appreciate your approval and providing inspection for this
portion of the alley. This alley will be dedicated to the City of
Coppell upon filing of Northlake Woodlands East No. 10 - Phase A.
This platting should occur within the next few months. We
appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

BEING a tract of land situated in the James Parrish Survey,
Abstract No. 1139, City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas, and
being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest corner of Pelican Lane (a 50' R.O.W.)
and Mockingbird Lane (a 60' R.O.W.), a point for corner;
THENCE N 89° 52' 39" E, a distance of 60.0 feet to a point on the
East line of said Mockingbird Lane, a point for corner;
THENCE S 0° 07' 21" E, along said Mockingbird Lane, a distance of
23.82 feet to the beginning of a curve to the right, having a
central angle of 12° 44' 54" and a radius of 464.47 feet, a point
