Dear Mr. Shaw:
On behalf of the City of Coppell, we have no objections to
abandonment of existing GTE easement on Lot 3, Block 6, Northlake
Woodlands East Phase 6, and relocating it as proposed on easement
filed June 10, 1987, volume 87110, page 3887, Deed Records,
Dallas County, Texas.
Ail of the comments in our letter of 5/27/87 have been addressed.
We have no objection to issuance of permit to relocate GTE cable
in new easement.
