Re: GTE Easement Relocation
Upon reviewing the response of Mr. Douglas Shaw in reference to
our comments of 5-27-87 we offer the following.
1. The drawing they provided shows the easement to be
located 20' inside the drainage easement line and being 10' in
width. This is in conflict with what we were led to believe. We
were told the easement would be placed adjacent to the existing
10' GTE easement as shown on the plat. We would rather see it
adjacent to the existing easement. If this is not possible due
to other constraints, then we would have no objection to allowing
the relocation 30' into the drainage easement.
2. Also, item no. 4 of June 1, 1987 memo should be received
prior to proceeding with relocation.
3. Owner/GTE should provide city with copies of executed
abandonment and new easement description prior to final
acceptance.
