Dear Ms. Bowman:
This is to inform the City of Coppell as owner of property
identified as Lot 3 Block 6, N. Lake Woodland East, Phase
6 I will hold the City of Coppell harmless from any damage
or loss resulting from the relocation of the GTE easement
per any requests to your office of May 4, 1987.
The expense of such relocation of the GTE line in current
easement will be covered by the owner of the property.
