5-27-87 Letter of Transmittal
In reviewing this letter of transmittal page 1 I have
taken the following actions to answer questions raised by
Favre of Ginn, Inc.
Attached is the copy of their plan with the pool area
highlighted in relationship to the new easement.
David Allen of GTE is preparing the abandonment and
area description for filing with Dallas county and
the response as to lines on lots 2 and 4.
Attached is the hold harmless agreement due to the
relocation.
David Allen of GTE will prepare a letter in relation
to future cable movement.
I believe this covers all the items mentioned by Favre in
his letter. I would like to finalize this matter on Wed-
nesday, June 3, 1987, so I can get GRE moving on relocating
the 1~ in order to start pool construction. I will call
