Dear Mr. Dom:
This letter is to formally notify you that the above mentioned case,
was approved by the Coppell City Council on May 1Z, 1987. In order
to execute the final plat, please submit two (Z) mylars and eight (8)
bluelines to the Planning Department to obtain the signatures of City
Officials. If the final plat has not been submitted for signatures within
six (6) months after approval by the City Council, the plat shall be
deemed null and void, resubmittal shall be required, and current
subdivision regulations shall apply.
