REQUEST:
Final plat approval of Phase I of the
Meadow Ridge Addition.
APPLICANT:
Pulte Homes represented by GaryLDefrain
or Paul Unzicker
A review of this proposed final plat indicates that it complies
with the requirements of the Subdivision Ordinance Regulations. The
applicant is specifying that all drives will be privately maintained
by the Homeowners Association to be formed, leaving no responsability
to the Public Works Division. Additionally, the applicant is in a MF-2
(Multi-Family 2) zoning district, which allows a density per acre of
twenty-two (22). The proposed final plat indicates a density of 16.2
du/per acre leaving a difference of 5.8 du/per acre reduction.
It is the staffs recommendation that this final plat be approved.
