The applicant is requesting that Block F, Lots I thru 17 and
Block G, Lots I & 2 be replated to accommodate an alley Right of
Way for rear entry construction.
Through staff review of this proposed replat the lots will
meet the minimum lot dimensions required in our Zoning District
regulations for single family - 9,000 square feet lots.
The staff reco~ends approval of this replat.
