Dear Bill,
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a replat,
for the Meadows Addition, Section 2, was approved by the Coppell City
Council on May 8, 1990, with the following conditions; 1) and 2) of which
were established by PD-105:
1) typical lot size of 8,415 square feet,
2) minimum dwelling unit size of 1,750 square feet, and
3) only one story units to be constructed on Lots 18 R and 19 R.
