This letter is pursuant of your phone conversation with Lisa Cain
of our office in reference to the Homeowners Agreement on the
above mentioned project. We have talked to Mr. Steve Goram who
has been in touch with the City Attorney, and it is our
understanding that there are no common areas in the streetscape
plan which would require a Homeowners Agreement.
We would like to go ahead with the filing of this plat with the
County as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please do
