Both approval actions included granting the requested variances for: (1) Deletion of an alley for Lots 2, 3, 6, 7, 8 and 9, Block F; and (2) Waiver to allow Lot 1, Block F to front on Mockingbird Lane. Applicant has failed to submit all necessary information to date as required per the City's Comprehensive Floodplain Management Ordinance (CFMO). It appears the only remaining item is the flood plain considerations, and we have received your re-submitted construction drawings prior to the February P&Z Commission Meeting. There is no need to meet in the DRC format and meetings will be called as necessary.
