Meadows - Section Five.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
Final plat for a Single-Family housing development, consisting of 58 lots
on 17.687 acres, which is zoned SF-9, Single-Family Residential. This
represents the fifth phase of The Meadows Addition.
STAFF EVALUATION:
Recommendation of approval subject to the attached comments from the City
Engineer.
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION: The P & Z Commission recommended approval
(4-0) of this final plat contingent upon the following .stipulations:
1) a living screen wall be placed along Samuel Boulevard with a pedestrian
easement located across the two cul-de-sacs of Clayton Circle and Michelle Place,
2) the 15' water easements be shown on the plat, 3) the paving of one half
of Samuel Boulevard be included on the plat.
