MEADOWS, SECTION 6, BLOCK A, LOTS 18, 19, 20 & 21
Attached is the Planned Development zoning exhibit for Case #PD-106
(Meadows, Section 6, Phase I). As we discussed during our telephone
conversation today, the executed final plat does not exhibit the notes
which are shown on the PD plan.
As approved by the City Council on January 12, 1988, Lots 18, 19, 20 and
21, Block A, are limited to one story in height and a six-foot fence,
unless the grade difference between the rear foundation elevation of said
lots are reasonably reduced from their present elevation.
Please attach the exhibit I am submitting, to the executed final plat for
Meadows, Section 6, Phase I, and in the PD-106 file located in your
office. This will alert the inspectors of stipulations approved by the
City Council, and allow the stipulations to be enforced.
