Our firm has reviewed the above plat and have no objection to
this item being placed on the June 20, 1985 agenda for
approval. We recommend that approval be contingent upon
dedication of a drainage and slope easement to facilitate
construction of Moore Road improvements. Our firm shall work
with Don A. Tipton, Inc. Consulting Engineer for the project
as needed.
