The applicant is requesting final approval of this project. The City Engineer, after extensive review and analysis of this request recommends approval. With stipu- lation that appliant dedicate a- Drainage Easement. July 23, 1985 The P&Z Commission recommended approval of this request with the contingency that the dedication of a drainage and slope easement be made in order to facilitate the construction of Moore Roa~ improvements.
