RE: Meadows, Section 6, Final Plat
LOCATION: Southeast corner of Parkway Blvd, and Samuel Blvd.
APPLICANT: D T Construction
SUMMARY: The preliminary plat for Meadows, Section 6 expired
in December, 1988, but applicant requested approval of~.a~ extension
of the preliminary plat so that final plat and plans may be
presented to the City for review. City Council approved the
extension on March 28, 1989. (Please see attached minutes.)
ALTERNATIVES:
1. Approve the final plat as submitted.
2. Deny the final plat.
