Dear Taryon:
We have reviewed the above referenced project and offer the
following comments.
No pro-rata agreements exist for Parkway Blvd. that we are
aware of.
We have met with the applicant and they are currently making
the necessary revisions to the construction plans.
15' drainage easements need to be provided yet between the
lots to provide for positive emergency overflow for storm
runoff.
At this time we have no objections to the final plat if the
applicant agrees to address item no. 3 above prior to filing the
subject plat.
