Dear Taryon:
Submitted herewith for your review and comment are twenty-two (22) prints, one (1) 8
1/2"xll" reduction of the referenced Final Plat, the Final Plat application, and a check
made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $1,620.00 required for Final Plat
review. A copy of the Final Plat has also been submitted to those Agencies, Utility
Companies, and Consultants shown on the City of Coppell's "Developer's Checklist."
As discussed with Russell Doyle, City Engineer for Coppell, and his staff, the Preliminary
Plat for this project was approved by the City Council this past month with the
stipulation that Samuel Boulevard be constructed before the beginning of the 1989-1990
academic school year. Our office is diligently working on the Engineering Plans for this
project but are not prepared to submit the plans for Preliminary Review. The plans are
only 75% complete as of this date and will be submitted to you the first thing Friday
morning (April 21st). To meet the City Council's request of having Samuel Boulevard in
place by the beginning of school, it is important that the plat be processed for the May
Planning and Zoning meeting without the Final Engineering Plans. Again, these plans will
be hand delivered by this coming Friday.
