Dear Taryon:
We have reviewed the above referenced project and offer the
following comments.
Construction plans need to be submitted to the DRC at this
time for both the sub-division and Samuel Blvd.
improvements. The section of Samuel Blvd. along St. Ann's
Catholic Church should be included in the plan set.
Construction plans are required to be approved prior to the
final plat appearing before City Council.
No pro-rata agreements exist for Parkway Blvd. that we are
aware of.
In response to Mr. Doyle's inquiries dated 4/21/89 via a
handwritten memorandum, the applicant should respond to
those items at the first DRC meeting.
