Will the existing large 30"+ caliber oak trees be removed between lots 17 &18 to install
the drainage system? If so, please reevaluate to see if there is an alternative way of
discharging the water to salvage the trees.
Visibility easements should be shown on Bethel School Road.
Street names should be provided.
Various fees will be required for this development, such as water, sewer, park and
roadway impact fees.
The existing floodplain adjacent to this site should be shown.
Minimum finish floors should be provided for lots 5-19, Block 1.
