Final Plat Comments:
1. Construct brick pavers at subdivision entry when Creek Chase is constructed, not when
Bethel Road is constructed.
2. The signature block for the floodplain administrator should be shown.
3. Show visibility triangle.
4. Roadway impact fees to be assessed.
5. Show screening wall easement and street right-of-way.
6. Variance for alleys required.
7. Minimum finished floor elevations shall be 2' above 100-year floodplain or 1' above ultimate
which ever is most restrictive.
8. Remove 100-year ultimate floodplain line and show the location of 100-year floodplain line.
9. Label C-I, C-2, C-3, & C-4 as common area and note stating "to be maintained by
Homeowners Association".
