Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 972-462-0022 June 16, 2000 Mr. Terry Holmes The Holmes Builders, Inc. 1406 Halsey Way, Suite 100 Carrollton, TX 75007 RE: Old Coppell Estates~ Lots 15R and 16R~ Block 1~ Minor Plat Dear Terry: This letter is to inform you that the Old Coppell Estates, Replat of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, to allow the incorporation of approximately 0.093 of an acre of property to Lot 15R and approximately 0.25 of an acre of property to Lot 16R located east of Hearthstone Lane; north of Bethel Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, June t 5, 2000, subject to the following conditions: 1) Both affected property owners agree to the request. 2) Acknowledgement that no building/structure can occur in the floodplain. 3) Property be rezoned from PD-176-SF-9 to SF-9. 4) Identify owner of Lot 15R and 16R in the signature block; i.e., Todd Wilcox, Lot 16R). 5) Delineate additional acreage going into each lot. 6) Black line prints are required. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, July 11, 2000, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department 17 folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday~ June 28t~'.
