Enclosed herewith are two separate checks one for $110 for the replat application fee and one for $100 for
the site plan application fee.
Pursuant to our recent conversations, The Industrial Group is considering the development of a 290,000
square foot office park on the above referenced land parcel. We trust that you will lend your full support to
this initiative, and we look forward to working with the City of Coppell on the development of this first-
