Note that all utility construction going under existing concrete paving will be made via
dry bore.
Brick paver bands will be 8' wide.
ADA compliant ramps will be constructed at all sidewalk-driveway intersections.

aligned in this area. The City recommends construction of a street through this site that
would connect Corporate Park Drive to Freeport Parkway in the future.
