Paragon/SPRv-NR 980917NOTICE OF PUBLIC The Planning and Zoning Commi.~sion of the City of Coppell will hold a Public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of September, 1998, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1148. Paragon Cable, zoning change request from HO-R (Historic Overlay, Retail) to HO-R-S.U.P. (Historic Overlay, Retail, Special Use Permit), to allow a business within a residential structure in a commercial district and allow the construction of a 400 square foot fiber optics structure to be built on .276 of an acre of property, located at 408 W. Bethel Road, at the request of Stuckey Architects. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
