We agree to bring the median nose at the entry closer to the street and add brick pavers at the entry. .' We agree to add Burford Holly Bushes along the west, south and east property lines. 5. We agree to construct both buildings of 8096 masonry. We agree to provide a fire hydrant to a location near the Van Service 7. We agree to provide at least one 12 foot wide entry and exit lane. We agree to provide a fire lane easement with three east-west segments and two north-south segments. We agree to er~large our standard spaces from 8.5 feet to 9.0 feet in width.
