Dear Mr. Gardner:
This letter is to inform you that Northpoint Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Final Plat, request to allow
the construction of two office/warehouse buildings totaling 137,000 square feet on 9.081 acres of
property located at the southeast comer of Northpoint Drive and S.H. 121, at the request of the
Jackson-Shaw Company was approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on
Thursday, May 17, 2001, with no conditions.
This Replat must be submitted for signatures by City Officials within six months after approval
by the City Council (November 12, 2001) or it shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal
shall be required. After City signatures have been procured, it is the applicant's responsibility to
file the document with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Please see the attached
checklist for the requirements for filing.
