FINAL PLAT
Eliminate the paragraph in the lower left-hand comer of sheet 2 of the final plat,
which reference areas shown on the plat as VAM (visibility, accessibility, and
maintenance).
Please note that if City Council grants Final approval authority to Planning
Commission at their April 10, 2001 meeting, the City Signature approval blocks
will have to be revised. See the attached sample for precise wording of the
signature blocks. (Note that the Mayor's signature block is eliminated)
In the meantime, please revise City Secretary's signature block to indicate
approval of a final plat and not a replat.
Prior to recordation of the final plat, indicate the final determined zoning for the
portion of property located within Grapevine City limits.

Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on
staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please
provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you
attend the March 29th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the March
29th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any
revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the
meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, April l0th to resubmit fourteen (14)
folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of
each exhibit to the Planning Department
