Park N Fly/SPAm-CS 990817INTERNATIONAL, Inc. Isabelle Moro City Planner City of Coppell 255 Parkway Blvd. Coppell, TX 75019 RE: Park N' Fly Project Dear Isabelle: On Friday the 13th of August I met with CJreg Jones to discuss the various options available to incase the steel poles on the Park N' Fly Project.. Enclosed is a drawing of Option 2, which was acceptable to him. The entire steel pole will be incased in concrete, all the way up to the truss. We are currently modifying all of our drawings and will be submitting a complete set of sealed drawings with calculations to Greg by the end of this week. Now that we have addressed all of the city's concerns, please let us know when we will receive the permit so that we may begin construction. Yours Sincerely, Basil Haymann Chairman & C.E.O.
