Staff reminds you that an approval letter from TXDOT, agreeing to the continuance of a natural drainage pattern when the area is developed, is needed by Staff. In addition, Council granted the Planning and Zoning Commission to be the approval authority on your Final Plat. Attached you will find a sample of the appropriate signature blocks to be used on your Final Plat submittal.
