The offsite right-of-way dedication by separate instrument for the property east of
the development should be provided.
Show the 90' right-of-way dimension.
Provide floodplain administrator signature block.
Preliminary Drainage Plan Comments:
3. The drainage system constructed in Freeport North was not designed to carry
drainage areas A2 and A4. What alternatives are you proposing with the
construction of this street to convey that drainage?
Preliminary Engineering Plan:
4. The existing water line should be extended to the south side of the proposed street.
5. You may also want to provide a sewer stubout to the southeast corner of the lot on
the north side of Northpoint Drive.
