RE: Northpoint Drive. R[v. ht-of-Wa¥ Dedication, Final Plat
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that the Northpoint Drive, Right-of-Way Dedication, Final Plat, to
allow the extension of Northpoint Drive westward to tie in with State Highway 121 through
property located along the east side of S.H. 121, west of Freeport North Business Park was
approved by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, November 21, 1996.
This Final Plat must be filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is
valid for six (6) months. If the Final Plat has not been filed for record with the County prior
to May 21, 1997, the plat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See
the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats.
