GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is requesting to revise the original Park Meadow
Addition - Phase_~final plat from 10c~ lots for single-family SF-0 development to 8! lots for
single-family SF-7 development.
The applicant requested a variance to Ordinance No. 297, Section 13.3.1(a) Front Yard -
Requirement is 8 ft. between the building and the property line. Also, a variance to Section
13.3.2 (a) Lot Area - Requirement is 7,000 square feet minimum and (b) Lot Width -
Requirement is 65 ft. minimum at the building line. The variance request was approved by the
Board of Adjustment on December 6th, 1984.
