PARK PLACE ADDITION - FEES
As we discussed yesterday, the development fees for Park Place Addition
have not been paid by the developer. The final plat application fee was
paid at the time of filing; however, additional fees such as the initial
construction permit deposit is past due and all other development fees as
indicated below are to be paid prior to filing the final plat at the
Dallas County Records Department.

Water & Sewer Availability Fee Total amount = $38,720.00
{1/2 of the total amount ($19,360.00) is due prior to filing the
final plat at the Dallas County Records Department). (The remaining
1/2 of the total amount ($19,360.00) may be paid at the time of
building permit application.
Park Fund Fee
Total amount = $13,200.00
(1/2 of the total amount ($6,600.00) is due prior to filing the final
plat with the Dallas County Records Department). (The remaining 1/2
of the total amount is due at the time of the building inspection
permit).
Under normal circumstances, the applicant would be required to pay the
above mentioned fees prior to City Council approval. But as you explained
during our discussion, you told the applicant you would allow him to pay
the fees when the plat is filed. All other development related fees i.e.
street lights, sewer connect, and water tap, must be paid at the
appropriate time as outline in the Comprehensive Subdivision Ordinance.
