Dear Gary:
Per our conversation yesterday regarding the submittal of the
final plat for signatures by City Officials, I am requesting
that the City of Coppell extend the six (6) month period an
additional six (6) months.
As you know construction is proceeding and I anticipate paving
construction to occur within the next two weeks. We are
requesting the extension in time so that we can eliminate
"easement relocations" etc. which seem to occur on most
subdivisions.
I anticipate that we will be submitting the final plat within
the next two months, however, the six month extension would
adequately cover the construction time-frame expected.
If you feel we should submit the final plat now, please let
me know.
