RE: OAKBEND ADDITION FINAL PLAT - IMPACT FEES
Dear Mike,
I sent a letter to you, dated July 18, 1990, regarding the fees due for
the Oakbend Addition, which summarized the impact fee calculations
presented during the Development Review Process. Well, unfortunately we
made an error on the Sewer Impact Fee. The summary shows that the fee was
calculated at $424 per unit for 138 units, totaling $58,512. The correct
amount for the Sewer Availability Fee is $422 per unit. Therefore, the
correct amount to be paid for said fee is -$-5~. All other fees as
listed in the summary are correct.
We are sorry about the error in the previous letter and hope that it did
not cause you or your client too much inconvenience. Please call me if
