Oakbend Addition - Request For Credit
In response to your query regarding possible credit against a
future road assessment on Thweatt Road, we suggest that the
request be denied at this time. Our review of the Oakbend plans
has raised questions in our minds as to the suitability of the
proposed storm sewer for the ultimate six lane divided
thoroughfare. It appears likely that some, if not all, of the
proposed storm sewer system in the permanent R.O.W. may be
removed or replaced during the future construction of the
ultimate six lane divided thoroughfare.
