Block Do Site Plan and Minor PI~, to create a single lot to accommodate an existing retail center on property located at the southwest corner of Wrangler and Crestside Drives, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on May 21, 1998, subject to the following conditions: Site Plan: 1) A variance being granted by the Board of Adjustment to allow the location of the fence in the required 30-foot front yard setback. Minor Plat: 1) The Roadway Impact fee issue being resolved between the applicant and the City. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 9, 1998, at 7.:30 porn. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting.
