Dear Mr. Fuilinwider:
The City of CoppeH Board of Adjustment met on Thursday, July 9, 1998, and heard your
request for a variance from Section 9-2-6(d) of the City's Zoning Ordinance, which
concerns the construction of a front yard fence and retaining wail to enclose an outdoor
play area for children, for the property located at 1203 Crestside Drive, Suite 150.
The Board voted to grant your request to allow a front yard fence/~ wall with the
following provisions:
1) that it be constructed subject to review by the City's Engineering
Department regarding lines of sight; and
2) that the building use remain as a child,development center.
