The City of Coppell Board of Adjustment heard your variance request on August 1, 1996, for
the property located at the southwest comer of Beltline and Airline Roads.
The Board voted to grant your request for a variance from Section 34-1-8(C) of the City's
Zoning Ordinance, allowing the 24-month deferral for the development of perimeter
screening, landscaping and irrigation along a shared truck court area, contingent on Prentiss
Properties' immediate purchase of the 10-ft. strip of property.
