DEDICATED.
4. ON SHEET FP-1 THE ADDITIONAL LINE AT THE WEST PROPERTY LINE IS ERASED.
5. EASEMENT WIDTHS CHANGED TO 20' AS REQUESTED BY THE ENG. DEPT..
6. THE ZONINGS ARE NOT YET INCLUDED, THERE ARE A FEW AREAS THAT I HAVE NOT
YET DETERMINED THE CURRENT ZONING.
I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO VERIFY THAT THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE ALLOWS THAT THE
ZONINGS ARE INCLUDED ON THE FINAL PLAT BUT WE ARE DOING THE NECESSARY RESEARCH
TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION ON THE PLAT ANYWAY.
