Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Park West
Commerce Center, Replat of Blocks 5, 6 and 7 (lots l&5), located between
Airline and Wrangler Drives, west of Beltline Road, was recommended by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, November 14, 1994. The
following condition applies: Since the timetable for improving Wrangler Drive
cannot be determined at this time, escrow must be paid.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday,
December 13, 1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present
at this meeting. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this
application.
