ParkW CC-13/Re-CS 941215The City With A Beautiful Future December 15, 1994 P O, Box 478 Coppell, Texas 75019 214-462-0022 Park West Commerce Center, LLC 1717 Main Street Dallas, TX 75201 RE: Park West Commerce Center, Replat of Blocks 5, 6 and 7 (lots l&5) Dear Sirs: This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of Park West Commerce Center, Replat of Blocks 5, 6 and 7 (lots l&5), located between Airline and Wrangler Drives, west of Beltline Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, December 13, 1994. The following conditions apply: 1. Since the timetable for improving Wrangler Drive cannot be determined at this time, escrow must be paid, and 2. your request to waive the screening wall requirement on Lot 5 is granted, subject to landscaping being substituted in lieu of the screening wall. No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from the City Council agenda date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning Department prior to June 13, 1995, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required.
